Refund policy

We stand behind SaathiX. If it does not fit your shop within the first 30 days, we refund your money without arguments.

1. Our 30 day money back promise

Any new SaathiX subscription is eligible for a 100 percent refund within 30 days of first payment, no questions asked. Write to billing@saathix.com from your registered email and we will process the refund.

2. Eligibility

  • You are the Owner of the SaathiX account.
  • The refund request is submitted within 30 calendar days of the first invoice date.
  • Your account has not been suspended for terms of service violations.

3. Renewals and upgrades

Renewals of an existing subscription are not covered by the 30 day promise. However, if you cancel within 7 days of an automatic renewal and have not used the new period materially, we offer a pro-rated refund for the unused days.

Upgrades from Starter to Growth or Enterprise mid-cycle are refunded pro-rata on the price difference.

4. Not eligible for refund

  • Add-on hardware purchased through partners (printers, scanners).
  • SMS, WhatsApp or e-invoicing credit top-ups after use.
  • Custom onboarding or migration services after delivery.
  • Third party services billed by another vendor (payment gateway MDR, courier charges).

5. How to request a refund

  1. Email billing@saathix.com from your registered Owner email.
  2. Include your registered mobile number and shop name.
  3. We acknowledge within 1 working day and issue the refund within 7 working days.
  4. The amount is returned to the original payment method. UPI and card refunds typically settle in 3-7 bank days.

6. What happens to your data

We retain your data for 90 days after a refund so you can re-activate. After 90 days, all data is permanently deleted unless retention is required by tax or accounting law.

7. Chargebacks and disputes

Please contact billing@saathix.com before initiating a bank chargeback. We resolve 99 percent of billing questions within 48 hours. If we cannot, our Grievance officer is available.
