2. What we address

  • Account access and data correction requests.
  • Complaints about content, security or misuse of the SaathiX platform.
  • Billing disputes not resolved by billing@saathix.com.
  • Any concern related to the Privacy policy or Terms of service.

3. How to file a grievance

  1. Write to grievance@saathix.com from your registered email.
  2. Include your name, shop name, GSTIN (if any) and a clear description of the issue.
  3. Attach screenshots or documents that help us investigate.

4. Response timelines

  • Acknowledgement: within 24 hours.
  • Resolution: within 15 days for most issues, as required by law.
  • Escalation: if unresolved, we escalate to a Nodal Officer.

5. External regulators

If you are not satisfied with the resolution, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India under the DPDP Act, 2023, or the National Consumer Helpline at 1915 for consumer disputes.
